Kal recently moved back to New Hampshire from the Boston area and absolutely loves Portsmouth and exploring the seacoast. Kal studies user experience design part-time and is working towards a certification in order to begin a career in UX. Kal holds a BA is Marketing Communications and a BA in Graphic Design.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT ESCAPE ROOMS?
I like that it’s a challenging and exciting way to spend time with people. It’s unique from other games because you need to physically move around the room and interact with different puzzles.

WHAT DO YOU THINK MAKES A GREAT GAME MASTER?
A great game master is friendly and a lover of escape rooms. A talented game master is able to get a feel for each group and personalize their experience to make sure everyone has as much fun as possible.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO FOR FUN?
I love to explore the outdoors and go on walks in the woods and on the beach. I enjoy drawing, playing the guitar, photography, and pretty much anything creative.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE GAME AND WHY?
My favorite game is Settlers of Catan (board game and iPad app) because it makes you use your brain and is a lot of fun to play with a group.
FAVORITE ICE CREAM FLAVOR?
Grapenut ice cream with extra chocolate sprinkles.
